Coos Art Museum has 5 rooms available for the public to use depending on the exhibitions in those rooms at the time of your event. Rental Rates are charged out at 4 different levels at an hourly rate;

• Access to Kitchen – must meet all county health requirements if serving food.

If open to the public – a temporary restaurant / food permit must be filed with the County Health Department and the food must be prepared by and served by a licensed Food Handler. Food permit must be on file with CAM office 5(five) days prior to the event.
If a private function – no food permit is required. HOWEVER, the tenant must provide to CAM office a predetermined guest list of all attendees and police the attendees in order to keep the general public from accessing the event.

• Alcohol – must meet all state and city requirements to be served.

Tenant must have on file with CAM office an insurance rider 7(seven) days prior to the event. NO INSURANCE RIDER – NO EVENT. If you are inviting the public or selling alcohol then you need an OLCC Permit. Copy of an OLCC permit must be on file with CAM office 5(five) days prior to the event. Original OLCC permit must be visible – hanging on the wall-immediately near where the alcohol is being distributed. Bartender must be licensed and pre – approved by CAM.
