Works by eight masters of contemporary abstract painting from across the United States. The eight artists are: Brad Ellis, Connie Connally, David Bailin, Doug Trump, Jeri Ledbetter, Katherine Chang Liu, Sammy Peters, and Wosene Worke Kosrof. Exhibition curated by Peter Frank of Los Angeles, California – Art Critic for “The Huffington Post.”
The Museum will be hosting a special closing reception for this exhibition on Saturday December 4, 3-5pm

NYC Conversation: Ken and Jan Ayers
NEW YORK CITY CONVERSATION began in 1975 when Jan and Ken began working together answering phones at a book store in New York. Aesthetic concerns expressed in this show were nurtured by their shared experience of the experimental art, music, and performance scenes flourishing there.

Three decades of landscape art by Tacoma, Washington artist Michael Ferguson. “As a northwest native, it’s no surprise that I am influenced constantly by our rich and varied landscape…. My painting approach is basically representational with some generous flexibility at times. A fractured multi-colorist approach can turn in to a more controlled realism as needed.”
