Coos Art Museum

We will look at Gustav Klimt’s heavily patterned and decorative paintings and talk about repetition and variation. Kids will then collage a figure (either a photo of themselves or something out of a magazine) onto black paper before using patterns in white and/or gold sharpie to decorate it. We will have Certified Zentangle Teacher, Rosie Hill, here to lead the class!

This class is limited to 12 participants ages 7-12. Kids must be registered by Thursday, March 2, 2017 to participate.

The cost of the 2 hour class is $3 CAM member/$6 non members. Children may bring a printed photo of themselves to use in their work. All other materials will be provided.

Class will take place upstairs in the Coos Art Museum classroom.

After you submit your booking you will receive an automated "Pending Booking" email with payment instructions.

Once payment has been received your booking will be approved by our administrators after which time you will receive a "Booking Confirmed" email guaranteeing your space. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Booking does not guarantee your space. Booking AND paying is required to hold your space. You may lose your spot in class if you register, but do not pay promptly and someone else registers AND pays.

Please review our Art Ed FAQ prior to registering.
